Do I need to register?
Yes and no, you can browse our store freely without registering. If you want to check out, the system will ask you to register.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for customers who live in California.
How do I know what my shipping charge is?
You will be asked the shipping method and it will also display the charge for that particular shipping method.
What method can I use to pay?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
What shipping method can I choose?
Right now we offer for Domestic:
UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early.
Fedex Ground, FedEx Express Saver, Fedex 2Day, and FedEx Overnight.
For international: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Express.
FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx First.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Customer pays for duties and taxes to the import country.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
How fast do you process my order?
We will process your order as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order. In general, please add 2-3 days to allow for processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How do I exchange defective products?
Please report any defective product you have ordered within 5 days of receiving your products. Whenever possible please photograph the defective item/s and email us with your order number. We will email you a UPS return shipping label and a replacement will be sent out once we receive the defective product back.
Do you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, we do.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping your order must be over $99 dollars. Free shipping is for UPS Ground only.
